At the Old School House bed and breakfast guest house we have no shared bathroom facilities all rooms are self contained with ensuite facilities.

Front door key?
At the Old School House bed and breakfast guest house we do give out keys so you can come and go as you please during your stay. Also each of the bedrooms are lockable for your security.

Check in?
At the Old School House bed and breakfast guest house check in is from 4pm. Any earlier MUST be by prior arrangement.

Check out?
At the Old School House bed and breakfast guest house we would like you to vacate your room by 10.00am unless you have made prior arrangements with us to vacate at a later time.

Breakfast time?

At the Old School House bed and breakfast guest house breakfast is between 7am to 9am unless other arrangements have been made.

Reservation Policy:
At the Old School House bed and breakfast guest house a deposit is required to cover the first night's accommodation, or 20% of the anticipated bill, whichever is the greater.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract; any confirmed reservation cancelled within 14 days of arrival is liable to be charged for in full, unless the accommodation can be subsequently re-let. Holiday insurance would be strongly advised. Deposits are only refundable if cancellation occurs six weeks or more before arrival, less a £5 administration charge.

Special Diets?

Yes, The Old School House bed and breakfast guest house can cater for special diets. Just let us know when you book your reservation.

Can we smoke?

No. The Old School House bed and breakfast guest house is a non-smoking establishment, and this means that smoking cannot be permitted anywhere in the house.

Can you fix sightseeing / activities during our stay?

No, please take a look at the Places to Visit page for things to see and do locally.

Do you accept dogs?

Yes, at The Old School House bed and breakfast guest house Guide Dogs and Assistance dogs are welcome as well as well behaved dogs and owners booked in advance, as long as you accept a few "doggy do's and don'ts":

1. No dogs at all in the dining room (except Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs)

2. Dogs must NEVER be left in your room unattended unless owner is eating in the dining room !!

3. PLEASE use poop bags in the area's adjacent to The Old School House. We can supply these free of charge if you need them.

4. Please respect that other guests may not like the company of dogs as much as you, and your pet should not be allowed to jeopardize the enjoyment of their stay.

5. Any dog related damage to the house, flooring or rooms must be paid for. Our insurance does not cover such damage.
