Reservation Policy:
A deposit is required to cover the first night's accommodation, or 20% of the anticipated bill, whichever is the greater.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract; any confirmed reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is liable to be charged for in full, unless the accommodation can be subsequently re-let. Deposits are only refundable if cancellation occurs dependant on individual circumstances.

Payment is accepted by Cash, Cheque with a valid Cheque Guarantee card and the following cards:

Please Note: The Old School House bed and breakfast guest house does not accept American Express or Diners Cards and also be aware that from February 2006 all card transactions require PIN number authorisation.
